ups-logoWe ship our products via United Parcel Service (UPS) to addresses within the United States.  We do this so we can track your order, if necessary.  Please be sure to give us your street address for UPS.

As an additional service to you, we will send an UPS Ship Notification when your order ships.  This notification will have the tracking number along with a link to follow the progress of your package through to delivery.

For orders shipping outside the United States, we ship through the United States Postal Service.

Free Shipping on all orders over $150.00 within the Continental USA.  We have distributors in Canada and Europe that have free shipping options.

Free Shipping when ordering two or more Health-E bottles, two or more bottles of Heave Ho, two or more 30-Day or 40-Serving Heiro bottles, two or more Dog Heiro bottles, one or more 90-Day or 180-Day Heiro bottles, or an order of one Heave Ho bottle PLUS one Health-E bottle within the Continental USA.

For shipping outside the Continental USA there is a shipping of charge of $30.00 to Canada, $40.00 to Alaska/Hawaii, and $40.00 to Europe.

 

Returns/Refund Policy

Easy!  Simple!  3 Steps and done!

All refunds are only for our products purchased within the past 30 days, either directly from Equine Medical & Surgical Associates, Inc.’s online store or any other online store or retail store.

Step 1:  If our product is purchased directly from Equine Medical & Surgical Associates’ online store, call the office at 610-436-5174.  [If product is purchased from a retail store or any other online store, please contact them.  Steps 2 and 3 do not apply.]

Step 2:  We will email you a completed refund form to put in the box with the product you are returning.  You will print a copy to go into the box and a copy to keep for your records.

Step 3: Return the box.  We will put in the credit card refund request quickly after we receive the box.  All Done!

Product returned without a return authorization number or past the 30 day deadline will not be accepted for refund.  Only one container of any product per customer is eligible for return refund.  Please be sure the returned item is in the original manufacturer’s packaging.  We will not accept returns that are not in our packaging.  Health codes will not allow any employees to handle soiled items.  We require that the return be sent within 10 day of emailing you the completed refund form to be eligible for a refund.  If it is not returned, there will be no refund.

All product returns must receive prior authorization and a completed refund form to ensure that your return will be promptly processed and completed.  We cannot accept any returns without prior authorization.  To ensure prompt and accurate credit, a copy of the completed refund form must be included with the returned item.

You will be responsible for shipping charges on the returned item.  We recommend UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Insured US Mail (with tracking capabilities) to ensure that your return makes it back to our facility.  Equine Medical & Surgical Associates, Inc. will not be responsible for a lost, damaged, or undelivered return package by the return shipping company.

Shipping charges from the past order or the return of product will not be refunded to you.
